Business System Analyst
Directv was implementing SFDC CRM to support the shopping flow for the commercial business. This project involved
implementing the Service Cloud functionalities in SFDC and also developing a custom bespoke shopping cart application
that would be launched from SFDC. It provided the capabilities for the call center agents to order commercial products by
integrating with the Directv offer management system(C3), profile management system(ZLDS), billing system (STMS) and
order management system (OMS) via the middleware (ICAN).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analysis of business requirements and conducting requirement gathering sessions in the CRP
(Conference Room Pilot) model. Demo the out of the box SFDC capabilities during these workshop sessions.
• Translate the business requirements into functional specification documents for SFDC and the
custom shopping cart application.
• Identify the SFDC application functionality that may be introduced or impacted to satisfy business
requirements.

Gradus Nov 2013 – Feb 2014

Gradus was a program launched by Level 3 Communication to revamp their order management platform for their enterprise
products. As part of this project a POC was demonstrated to showcase the order management capabilities of the Oracle
platform and SFDC (Salesforce.com and Cloud Sense) platform that suited the Level 3 business requirements for enterprise
products.

The scope of the project involved designing/modeling of new metadata models for BT WES devices and design of the new
SDH and PDH Circuit hierarchy for the PPC circuits. The project was to migrate the device and circuit data maintained in
spreadsheets to Cramer inventory. These would in turn help the client in better management and utilization of BT WES and
PPC circuits by using Cramer features.

THUS Telecom had an estate of L2 and L3 services terminating on CPE that needed to be modeled in Cramer 6 as part of the
integration effort before the services could be migrated to the MSP platform. THUS Cramer models the CPE devices of the
generic box type and is not sufficiently detailed to support the level of detail required and currently used in Cramer6 in C&W
for CPE connected to the MSP network. All the devices were hence configured in the C&W Cramer 6 based on their usage in
the MSP network.

The Talisker OSS IT Migration program was to migrate THUS OSS Cramer systems towards the C&W strategic systems
architecture. As part of this program, the ex YC and THUS Cramer 4 instances was merged with the existing C&W Cramer 6
transmission instance to ensure C&W is migrated to a single Cramer 6 platform thereby avoiding substantial license costs and
also to improve Network operations with one Cramer for Provide and Assure operations.

System.
