2014- Present
. Responsible for all aspects of product development for 500 +
storefront locations in both Canada and US
. New product and program initiatives including but not limited to; ACH
modifications, installment lending, recurring and automated payment
options, online payment portal.
Director of Title Lending
2012- 2014
. Recruited internally by USFS President to strategically recreate EZ's
entire title portfolio
. Title portfolio was on an 11 month decline in every measurable
category.
. Within 30 days, led the successful re-launch of the title product
which included significant product modifications as well as the
introduction of 3 new title products.
. Coordinated multiple project teams including IT, marketing, training,
operations, and collections.
. Drove new market growth in 12 states while launching 2 new markets and
additional store formats.
. Reversed downward trends which resulted in a positive increase in
revenue within 60 days.

. Recruited to EZCORP by CEO to design, develop, launch and manage auto
title product.
. Launched first market in Sept 2008. Generated $15 million revenue in
1st year against a financial plan of $4 million.
. Defined software requirements collectively with both business analysts
and senior development teams.
. Defined and built store level operational and financial reports.
. Aggressively expanded auto title product offering to 450 retail
locations in 12 states. In turn, this allowed EZ to acquire new
market share and improve yields in existing sectors through product
diversification. EZ was not in the title lending space prior to my
arrival.
. Developed back-end of the business to include collections strategy,
repossession, auction management, automotive remarketing, and auto
dialer call campaign strategy.
