Specialize in genetic, protein, and cell culture research and analysis. Expert in the creation of expression vectors

for recombinant protein expression. Proficient in most molecular techniques including but not limited to

genetic cloning, PCR, Real-Time PCR, DNA sequencing, microarray analysis, confocal microscopy, flow

cytometry, ELISA, capillary electrophoresis, cryosectioning, immunohistochemistry, in-situ hybridization, cell

culture, Southern, Northern and Western Blotting, denaturing gel electrophoresis, and the creation of transgenic

SnapGene, Sequencher, R, Prism, etc.
