WSHP (water source heat pumps), cooling tower, boiler, pumps
• Dunn Building: steam boiler retrofit/upgrade, ACCU (air cooled condensing unit)
replacement, ATC
• Strand Theatre: 150 ton ACCU retrofit, upgrade existing built-up AHU (air handling
unit)
Plan/Spec Projects:
• Rutgers University Administration Bldg. HVAC Replacement: $2.3M, ATC
replacement, 550+ tons custom packaged RTU, roof replacement, duct cleaning,
testing & balancing
• Monmouth County Police Academy HVAC Upgrade: $1.1M, ATC, 85 tons WSHP,
60 wells, utility rebates, liquid cooler, boiler, economizers, make-up air units
• New Brunswick Housing Authority Ventilation Upgrades: $600K, stainless steel
ductwork, kitchen exhaust, gas fired make-up air unit,
• Woodbridge, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Sayreville, etc. Boards of Ed.
Multiple Projects: $65K - $200K replace oil burners with gas or dual fuel burners,
combustion air equipment, controls, water heaters, gas piping

packaged RTUs, 100% make-up air equipment, ATC, plumbing, ductwork, hot water
boilers, finned-tube radiation
