reviewing close-out construction packages. Coordinating drive testing teams, post-processing, integration, cluster acceptance testing, and
optimization of 800/1900/2500 LTE launch sites for Northern California-Nevada market.
• RF Engineer/Project Manager Contractor for Bechtel, San Ramon, CA, Aug 2012 to April 2013.
AT&T Mobility Project for Northern California market- Reviewing site surveys and designed sites with existing RF configurations for LTE
overlays and carrier adds. Editing RF datasheets, reviewing/editing and creating plumbing diagrams, reviewing lease exhibits and
construction/zoning drawings, analyzing RF designs with existing technologies of GSM/UMTS for LTE overlays. Ordering, tracking, and

Provided RF CDMA/EVDO design/optimization/integration for Southern Mississippi and Gulf Coast, Alabama Gulf Coast and NW Florida
using Atoll planning tool for Cellular, PCS, AWS, and 700 MHz band Lucent and Nortel networks. Regulatory compliance (FAA, FCC, AM

Provided LTE 4G RF designs for AT&T nationwide overlay network utilizing Atoll RF Design Tool, Arieso, and Capesso ACP tools to
provide maximum capacity/coverage within KPI defined targets. Analyzed many different scenarios of antenna downtilts and azimuth

Provided RF Design and Optimization for Sprint nationwide network for Huawei RFP utilizing PlanetEV, presented network design
