Key Accomplishments,
Coordinated two Nike IT Department moves to new off campus buildings – Supported the successful
execution of these moves as well as multiple other team and individual relocation's; dedicating the
additional time necessary for a seamless transition.
One of 3 founding members of the NIKE Administrative Assistants Network. Leader of the network
for the past 10 years. This network allows all Nike administrative professionals the ability to network
and learn from each other. I organized and executed a monthly admin brown bag lunch, bringing in
NIKE departments and outside vendors, creating activities and learning opportunities that helped the
Admin Network perform our jobs more effectively.
Member of the NIKE Green Team – Ran an off-site recycle room for 4 years - and acted as the
administrative community contact to pull (gently loved) supplies from the recycle room for
reuse. This saved NIKE money and saved goods from the landfill.
Streamlined the on/off boarding process of External Temp Worker’s (ETW) for supported teams.
Acted as subject matter expert and resource not only my team, but also for the admin community at
NIKE – I was the person people call when they couldn’t find the answer they need, or if they just
need another opinion for a variety of concerns both within and outside of NIKE.
