Led technical and functional support of the integration between Oracle Financials and an Asset
Management Application (Maximo). On-call domestic and international production support 24/7.
• Analyzed stored PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages and XML files to resolve data
discrepancies which caused production downtime.
• Assisted end users with mass data loads creating PL/SQL scripts which significantly
reduced data entry time.
• Monitored server health to ensure data integration processes were running between
systems.
IT Consultant Web Methods Server Administrator (2009 – 2012)
Web Methods server health, on-call domestic and international production support 24/7.
• Project lead server upgrade. Completed upgrade of 16 servers without issues before
scheduled 8 month deadline.

IT Consultant Land Management and Revenue Systems (1996 – 2009)
Oversaw Oracle integration modules between Land and Revenue Systems. Daily interaction with
end users troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Improved performance of the forms and queries. Reduced data retrieval from minutes to
seconds by optimizing SQL queries and triggers.
• Led ETL for land acquisitions. Designed multiple PRO*C programs and PL/SQL
procedures to load data from various formats into Quorum Land System.
• Implemented a PRO*C program to load acquisition data received in EDI format, which
omitted the need to purchase an EDI translator.
• Worked with vendor to analyze PL/SQL code and created ADHOC reports to help debug
issues. Identifying the issues for the vendor escalated time to modify code.

Troubleshooting data integrity issues and on-call rotation support 24/7.
SQL*Forms application utilizing user exit functionality with PRO*C and PRO*COBOL.
• Developed mission critical applications in PRO*C which dramatically improved
performance. Daily and monthly closing PRO*C programs reduced daily closing to
seconds as opposed to 15 minutes per truck terminal and monthly closing from 8 hours to
30 minutes.
• Automated a shipping EDI application in PRO*C. Created formatted document and sent it
to shippers via EDI software.
• Developed a ticketing system generated from SQL*FORMS which eliminated the need to
manually write ticket orders and purchase pre-printed tickets.
Systems Analyst Revenue System
Troubleshooting data integrity issues and participated in monthly closing routines with the end
users.
• PRO*COBOL programs had numerous rounding errors. Created a routine in PRO*C to
manipulate numerical data and return data with greater precision. Oracle database was
on a VAX/VMS operating system. Mixed languages allowed data to be passed between
PRO*C and existing PRO*COBOL programs which eliminated the need to re-write existing
code to interact with new developments.
• Developed a Product Transfer Order application with SQL*Forms using PRO*C user exits
calling VAX/VMS system service routines that allowed the user to fax or e-mail production
orders directly to the shippers or print locally.
