To obtained a CAE/FEA Engineer position. Which requires dynamic, and team
spirited driven Mechanical engineer, who offers specialized knowledge of
finite element analysis. I am highly knowledgeable in Ls-dyna, HyperMesh,
PRIMER and ANSA particularly in vehicle crashworthiness and thermo sonic
modeling. I also have proven skill and hand on experience with R&D of new
generation Electric Vehicles.
PROFILE
. Simulate full frontal crash analysis including (USNCAP,EURONCAP, IIHS-
deformable barrier, and small overlap test).
. Simulate angular load cases for fuel and electrical safety certification
. Simulate rear impact event (FMVSS-301 fuel system integrity)
. Simulate side Impact scenarios including (US-NCAP,IIHS)
. Simulate and run FMVSS-216 roof crush/ Roll over protection.
. Simulate and run seat assembly/seat belt PULL test (FMVSS 207/210).

. Two years experience of working at infrared imaging laboratory at Wayne
State University, Detroit. MI. USA for the finite element modeling of non-
destructive testing
. Work as a laboratory instructor in Mechanical and materials testing
laboratory at NED University. Performed hardness tests, tensile strength
tests, compressive strength tests, and determination of spring back of
materials
. Independently study and modified Ford F800 Single unit Truck, and also
simulation its full frontal crash according to FMVSS-208 by using Ls-Dyna,

. Developed full vehicle detailed CAE models for crash analysis, which
include vehicle structure, vehicle interior, occupant & restraints
system, fuel system, etc
. Perform CAE simulations by using LS-DYNA software to evaluate full
vehicle crashworthiness performance for high speed Frontal, Side, and
Rear impacts
. Simulate FMVSS 210 and ECE R14 "Standard for seating systems and seat
belt assembly anchorages"
. Lead and support design team for the development of Crashworthiness
structure for new products
. Responsible for future design & development of HV battery pack
structure (retaining, protecting, and enabling cooling and electrical
connections of battery cells within HV battery system. Additional
responsibilities are to ensure battery pack meet SAE J2464 (battery
