Daily scheduling of 200-250 driver’s and sub hauler’s using numerous different computer programs. Create truck route’s taking into consideration traffic, weather, etc. Use of numerous different dispatching, routing, mapping, and billing computer program’s.

Frequent daily use of State and Federal DOT regulation’s, including driver’s daily log’s and driver/sub-haul compliance. Key role in 3 successful DOT Terminal BIT Inspections.

Conduct company driver interview’s, evaluation’s, and semi-annual review’s. Give input to owner for all disciplinary action’s or review’s for 2 aggregate division’s.

Maintain driver personnel file’s with daily reminder’s of all compliance issue’s.

Quick decision making and ability to adapt to changes easily.

Communication in Management/Team Building - Instructor-Dan Baker - 52 week course completed.
