Profile

I am a Geophysical Engineer. I have experience in seismic acquisition and interpretation. I can correlate knowledge

between both areas. I m open to develop strengths in other areas with integrated vision. I m w illing to give all my

best at personal and professional levels.

I’m a hardworking person, who likes to give the best at human and professional levels. I conside r myself

responsible, flexible, able to help others in everything I could and a team worker. I appreciate constructive criticism

and I can give a useful contribution in searching and bringing effective solutions at different kinds of problems.

I want to find a work environment where I can learn and contribute with my knowledge, in order to allow both, the

Formation

Geophysical Engineer. University Simon Bolívar (U.S.B). Edo. Miranda. Venezuela. 2012.

Experience

Activities: I give particular classes about geophysics to geologist from the Industry.

Gesca Corp Colombia S.A.S. August 2013- December 2014.

2D and 3D Seismic Interpretation related to 2 blocks located in Putumayo (Colombia).

Activities: Correlating information from Putumayo (Colombia) and Oriente Basin (Ecuador).

Seismic modeling, seismic acquisition attributes in order to evaluate 3D seismic designs. Softwares used: OMNI,

MESA. 2D & 3D seismic loading and interpretation, seismic mis -ties, sonic log calibration, wavelet extraction,

well – seismic ties, velocity model, leads proposal, reserves estimation. Software employed: Petrel.

Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) in order to detect aquifers for an Agroindustrial Complex, located in Edo.

Activities: Team working during acquisition, Operational leader, Participation in taking VES measurements.

PDVSA Boyaca. April-September 2012

Thesis: 2D and 3D Seismic Modelling in order to evaluate designs for a 3D seismic survey in the Orinoco Oil Belt

(Block Boyaca 8). Activities: Quality control of well logs and 2D seismic data, wavelet extraction, creation of

velocity models, use of 2D seismic modeling techniques (wave equat ion and ray tracing) and 3D ray tracing.

(Internship) Seismic (tridimensional and multicomponent) reflection survey “EL VEDERO 10M 3D 3C”.

Activities: Recognition and participation in seismic acquisition’s phases (topography, drilling and recording),

seismic refraction method, gravimetric, magnetic, magnetotelluric and audio-magnetotelluric surveys.
