declarations), attending small claims hearings, mock trials,

depositions, meet and greets, case management meetings, and outside

counsel meetings.

* Manages and assists on multiple Litigation Team matters, including

commercial and patent suits, defamation suits, internal

holds and preservation issues, subpoena requests, case management

tools, collection of institutional and historic documents, docket
