Supervises the coordination and construction of building repairs and
renovations, custom play structures, bridges, boardwalks, and
retaining walls including contributions to schematic and layout design
work..
Custom Park Services, 1992 to 1994
Built and installed playgrounds, foot bridges and recreational
structures. Responsible for instruction and supervision of crews from
layout design to job completion. Served as park services liaison to
business customers and responded to customer feedback. Provided
progress information to both park managers and park patrons during
project design and construction to ensure complete satisfaction.
Timber Tech Construction, 1990-1992
Lead carpenter responsible for the installation of custom decks,
fences and home remodeling projects. Estimated project costs,
calculated material take-offs, and developed project scope of work in
coordination with the general contractor.
