efficient manner and satisfying the needs of our customers.

I am heavily involved with customer teams distributed in several countries, to discuss their

needs and requirements and finding suitable solutions which can be delivered on a timely

manner

I work with the development team making special emphasis in identifying component

reusability and consistent solution architectures across applications. This reduces delivery

time and ensures better quality on the solutions.

I work with all major stakeholders to define scopes, delivery dates and assign appropriate

resources across projects.

I have created a process for the whole delivery team which ensures efficiency, quick

response times to critical issues, improves clarity and communication on the customer

solutions.
