I have been in the IT industry, and customer service for over 15 years

professionally. Started working with DOS, pror to Microsoft operating

systems. Along with my customer service which _I have manually removed

Malware for mostly small and medium size and some large scale businesses

for administrators' networks that were compromised who used VIPRE Anti-

Virus and our other security products. This allowed me to gain skills with

Malware Removal Specialist

Provided security and internet software for Small and Medium Size Business

Manually removed malware infection's in production environments that had

been compromised.

Produced Harley Davidson 'Swing Arms' and related parts by manually mig-

welding. Utilizing robotic welding and through programming specific

guidelines I'm addition to hands on mig welding raw steel to meet Harley

Davidson specifications for their motorcycles in a production line

environment.

Role - Operated automatic mig-welding robot machines to produce specific

motorcycle parts.

Created detailed logs including documented reports of issues that were

identified on a daily basis and between a set range of assembly parts to

ensure quality. In addition to ensure every part met specific requirements

outlined by Harley Davidson which required programming robotic welders

This required making adjustments to the jigs by utilizing shims to correct

an identified issue to ensure quality control. It was also my

responsibility to ensure jigs used for manufacturing parts that found to be

in within range and meet specific requirements.

11. Provided feedback to my immediate supervisor whom then advised the

manufacturing director's how they could improve production. My

experience working directly with the director increased productivity

and parts through automation while sustaining safety and quality

control. Always striving to improve production while minimizing waste

to increase volume and reduce over-head without compromising safety.
