Developed the specifications for the addition of a Failure Analysis Subsystem to a large fossil reporting
system. Employed a multi tier architecture using Powerbuilder 10.5 and EAServer 6.0 which used a client
developed framework (ADS). The database system was Oracle 9i. The addition was ultimately cancelled
because client based resources were not available.

• Directed the design and development of the Lead Based Paint Reporting system using the Information
Engineering Facility (IEF) (through BSD).
• Directed the design, development and implementation of a subsystem for the Area Land Sales System,
using PowerBuilder 2.0. This effort required intensive JAD sessions with the user to define the legislative
and regulatory requirements. This resulted in the addition of several tables to the Private Housing database.
The entry screens to populate the tables, numerous query screens and an ad hoc reporting capability were
developed.
