Assess and document existing Windows XP computer's location, hardware,

software, and configuration.

Configure bios, format/image new or existing hardware, name PC to protocol,

join domain, run security encryption, update bios, install MS Office (or

update to Pro), install drivers, install location/client specific software

unique to each individual PC and ensure functionality, add computers to

Active Directory, all through KVM switches maintaining up to 24 computers

simultaneously.

Redeploy computers to proper locations at Doctor's/Nurse's convenience, in

a fast paced and sanitary environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Remote access and push client specific software through Microsoft System

Assist customers in any way possible, including interior/exterior home

equipment.

backhaul protocol.

Router/minor computer upgrades. Upgrade router firmware, updating PC,

and/or walk customer through spyware removal software.

Troubleshoot internet/computer related issues. Troubleshoot no

communication between router and PC, faulty internet browsers, set internet

browser settings such as proxys, privacy settings, and browser addons

(java, flash, media players, and toolbar add/removal).
