developing trainings for new advisors and presenting them in weekly meetings with a result of increased

performance from other advisors. Identified and enrolled prospective students into Devry's academic

programs of bachelors and masters degree levels. Interview potential students to determine career direction,

qualifications, and motivations to complete graduation. Assist students with overall admissions process

and programs. Billed parents and future parents for tuition costs and took care of all claims and issues with

billing process. Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits. Updates

receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. Maintained record invoices, debits and credits. Resolves valid or

authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Resolves invalid or authorized deductions by following

pending deduction procedures. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history.

Summarized receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable

ledger, verifying totals and preparing reports.
