Summary

A highly seasoned executive, with eclectic experience ranging from chiropractic physician, owning and

operating a multi-specialty practice, to an owner of multiple healthcare-related businesses over the past 25

years. Acumen includes all phases of business operations with a special emphasis on building rapid increases

in client base and revenues through creative marketing efforts. After several years of retirement, I responded

to a passion re-enter the healthcare workforce in a position which will make a difference in others lives.

Attending Chiropractic Physician, treating all musculoskeletal conditions using multiple techniques and

acupuncture; functional medicine practitioner treating diverse chronic conditions; trained and Certified

Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, performing DOT Physical

Examinations.

1988-2014

Prism Educational Systems, Inc.

President- Responsible for all facets of business operations, inclusive of sales/marketing, finance, Human

Resources, customer relations, and continued revenue growth. Developed business from inception in 1988 to

annual sales reaching mid seven figures, supplying core products and services including manufacture and

distribution of medical apparel and accessories, embroidered and screened sportswear and accessories, as well

as a national vaccination provision service for corporate and educational client base. Developed and

administrated a nutritional supplement division which packages and distributes a proprietary line of custom

nutritional products. Sold apparel division in January 2009 to realize a substantial profit on investment and

focus energies on other pursuits.

Director of Operations- Two year consulting agreement developing a custom-packaged nutritional product

line for consumer sales via the internet. Goals attained; ended contract with business in operation and

functioning seamlessly.

1983-1991

Private Practice/Chiropractic Physician. Owned and operated multi-specialty medical practice in Miami, FL.

Grew practice sequentially year-over-year primarily by specializing in occupational medicine serving larger

corporate accounts locally with the provision of workers comp care, employee physicals, school physicals,

drug-testing, and travel vaccinations.

Chiropractic degree attained. Post-Graduate Certified in Applied Acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology &

Motion Palpation; post-graduate trained in Functional Medicine.

2015 Attained Certified Medical Examiner status with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration

(DOT)
