customer improved performance requirements

. Installed Mastercam X4 for company new Kia V90 machining center to

replace existing manual programming method, improved programming

efficiency, accuracy and running smoothness

. Developed software program with user friendly interface using SolidWorks

VBA to eliminate repetitive manual input of product information

. Developed Solidworks add on Macro with user friendly graphic interface

for automatic generating radiator packages in about 40 seconds (depending

on the complexity of the radiator and the speed of the computer running

the software), which normally takes 5 days to finish

. Designed automated specialty machines for assembling heavy duty vehicle

steering knuckles such that reliable and accurate bolt head flat sensing

were achieved

. Designed one robot end arm tool for five different parts altogether that

no tool change is needed during operation, thus reduced cycle time; robot

movement error was eliminated by self-alignment on each operation; light

weight was achieved within robot payload

. Designed bearing measuring and testing unit for automotive power take off

assembling line

. Designed fuel rail leak testing system such that six different fuel rails

could be tested in one cell; modification potentials were also

. Designed automotive engine cylinder cap leak test unit with assembly
