Job Description:

> Recruitments

>Performance Appraisal

>Leave Management

> Exit Maagement

> Taking care of Attendence of employees & Making MIS reports .

> Making Offer letters,Salary breakup structure & salary slip etc.

> After joining the candidate,checking of all credentials & documents.

> Folowup for consultants,refrenceces & lineup candidates for

Interviews.

> Taking care of all mobile bills & other Admin activities.

> Acting as a point of contact for the employees issues like salary,leave,resignation,apprasial & cordination with concerned

department.

> Checking emails related interview candidates & revert them back

> Making introductionery mail for new joinee candidates & send the mail

to all employees & other employers*

> Follow up for Final round & Selected Candidates.

> Handle Recruitment and coordinate with consultant for vacancy.

> Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the

best talent from diverse sources.

> Initiating various recruitment reports, analysis and managing &

delivering them on a periodic basis
