SAP SD Business Analyst

Analysed the manual rental equipment process in order to provide accurate technical

advises to improved the business process.

Successfully implemented the new method to automate the depreciation of rental

equipments process. This method allows Hewitt to correctly calculate the new value

of the equipment after each rental contract.

Analyzed and identified the impacts on the current rental equipment system and

integrated with the SAP FI module.

Performed all the necessary configuration in SAP SD.

Created and executed an exautif set of test cases to ensure all scenarios are covered.

Worked closely with business users to identify, analyse and resolve multiple issues

related to the SAP SD configuration of the currenty sales and rental equipments

system.

Successfully created a new depot which will improve and facilitate spare parts

procurement and distribution in Africa continent.

Analyzed and determined the impact to the current production system and integrated

Added Tax) during the decommission and migration of the legacy system in Belfast

Online Parts Ordering August 2012-January 2013

Service Relation) to place orders. ERP SAP and IBM Websphere Commerce System are

and design, implemented, and tested. This web portal would eliminate few of the

Warranty Online Claim May 2007-May 2008

implementing a new web portal where customers can submit labor claims online to

Bombardier. This web portal allows the customers to have a real-time status of the

submitted claims and eliminates the manual process. This reduces the cost for the

company.
