Aftertreatment and Cooling Products.
Develop, design, validate and deliver cooling module for Industrial applications.
Send out RFQs to potential suppliers and select based on performance and cost breakdown.
Conduct Design FMEA; create BOM, drawings and assign 1E specifications to the drawings.
Gather performance prediction data of cooling components and record in Component Data Manager
(CDM 5.5.1) to use in generic applications.
Create Design Goal Matrix, Water Circuit and CDM entries, essential for Cool1 model design and
analysis; implement core rebalance if necessary
Work with Process Control Engineers and Suppliers in evaluating the Team Feasibility Form to meet the
APQP requirements.
Perform DFMEA, APQP and design risk assessment studies by stringent deadlines.
Learn and evaluate established processes, tests, designs; improve buy level part quality.
C32 Marine Cooling Module.
Developed SCAC Radiator Module to fulfill the product functions and performance requirements of the
C32 Engine for Marine genset applications at Griffin, GA.
Instrumental in identifying the best supplier with no overhead cost which ended in a cost savings of
$14,000 per module (EAU of 35).
Successful in meeting an aggressive deadline of delivering the cooling module to the end customer in
seven months (that includes the validation and testing too).
C9 Marine Cooling Module
Developed a radiator and an Air-to-Air Aftercooler (ATAAC) to fulfill the product functions and
performance requirements of the C9 Engine for Marine genset applications at Griffin, GA.
C6 Industrial & Petroleum Cooling Module
Developed a cooling module for G3306B Gas Engine – Genset application.
Identified highly quoted parts from the supplier cost break down and ordered those parts from local
suppliers
Saved $4000 per module (EAU of 150) through this project.

Design and develop KleenSpec, a disposable vaginal speculum and Eco blood pressure cuff.
