Computer / IT Specialist perform some or all the following duties:
• Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area
network (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstation, connections to the Internet and
peripheral equipment.
• Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and
software applications.
• Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and
to the coordinate access and use of computer networks
• Provide problem-solving services to network users

• Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records.

Office Admin Staff perform some or all the following duties:
• Key in, edit, proofread and finalize correspondence, reports, statements, presentations and

• Provide general information to clients and the public
• Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
• Maintain and prepare reposts form manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and
databases
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
• Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail
• May perform accounting tasks such as preparing bank deposits
• May perform power point presentations.
• May order office supplies, service equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major
