account for employees for the weeks of payroll. Created folders, prepared timesheet

timesheets by region and pay period dates at the end of each pay period. Created,

distributed and collected 30-7 folders for overtime justification at the beginning and end

and General Staff. Compiled data from ADD reports to submit to Planning for their

information in ADD. Manually check in/out Non-FEMA employee into ADD data base. Set

up and maintained a table of all ADD related forms along with other HR forms.
