requirements based on specific criteria. Appointed to lead committee for realignment and closure of Eatontown facility recognizing a
project value of $1.2 billion. Captured content and facilitation of process redesign for writing of SOPS for 283 jobs prior to transfer from
Eatontown to Aberdeen location. Selected for this special assignment by the Director of Logistics Readiness Center for expertise in
research and writing, experience in course development, knowledge of related materials, and for reputation of applying practical
applications.
Charged with responsibility of tracking personnel functionality to eliminate loss of job knowledge and to create accurate
documentation of tasks.
Collaborated with 164 subject matter experts and interviewed on site personnel to effectively and accurately encapsulate content
of tasks and creation of required documentation. This was accomplished through effective knowledge management, as well as
