• Developed an Engineering Project Financial report that prints from the MRP engine,
replacing several hours of manual research with the MRP engine to manually compile a
similar report.
• Eliminated paper maintenance work orders by leading the launch of the Maintenance
Work Order module in the MRP engine.
• Eliminated 95% of "piece count" packaging verification time by utilizing an average box
weight method.
• Eliminated generic Bill of Lading paperwork by building on the average box weight
method to include skid packaging schemes and building a custom report to print from the
MRP engine.
• Worked with Production personnel to update and streamline the production reporting form
used daily. Made report print automatically each shift. Reduced paper waist by only
printing jobs required.
• Perform annual job reviews and re quotes. Process customer engineering change orders.
BOM controller. Aid in PPAP process as required. Develop production work, layout, and
packaging instructions for new products.
