Would you like to…
install and maintain our innovative and high-tech medical devices, handle customer requests, dispatch spare,
parts and carry out repairs,
deliver technical training to technical staff of hospitals and clinics,
provide exceptional customer support to resolve customer`s technical issues and maintain maximum uptime of
installed systems,
maintain accurate service logs and records, fulfilling standards for medical devices,
conduct a top level service for our customers and take over an ambassador role of Hocoma high qualities.

You…
are an experienced (at least 2 years) service engineer of complex devices (hardware, software and
electronics),
have a professional electro technical and/or mechanical education,
have strong organization skills, with attention to detail in a process oriented environment,
have the ability to complete tasks with limited direction and appropriately prioritize tasks,
are highly motivated and strive for high quality performance and are willing to travel extensively throughout the
US and Canada. Training at our headquarters in Switzerland will be required.
