1) Indus Teqsite Pvt Ltd (Data Patterns (India) Pvt Ltd)

Indus Teqsite/Data Patterns undertakes design, development and manufacture of complex systems

adhering to difficult functional, environmental and design constraints. These include airborne systems,

mobile vehicle based applications, Space vehicle & Satellite borne systems, Ship borne systems. These

systems are designed with detailed analysis of the design goals, validation of signal integrity, thermal

simulation, Analysis of performance under Vibration & Shock conditions and so on.

Data Patterns is a wholly owned subsidiary of Indus Teqsite. Data Patterns manufactures its products at

the facility of Indus Teqsite Pvt Ltd. All marketing activities of Indus Teqsite is carried out by Data

Patterns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Handling of customer complaints received vide email/phone/fax from all region customers (Defence and

Aero Space based industries). (Customers are VSSC& IISU TVM, BEL,ADA,ADE,Honeywell,HAL

Bangalore, ANSP,RCI,DRDL,BEL Hyderabad etc.,)

•Providing of warranty, post warranty & AMC support to the customers.

•Debugging, fault rectifying and testing the defective modules/boards received from customer.

•Coordinating and getting support from Production/Projects whomever is responsible and delivered the

projects to various customers.

•Categorizing of customer complaints whether warranty/Out of warranty/AMC complaint based on the

Installation Certificate received from Production/Projects

•Sending letters to various customers requesting to raise enquiry for entering into AMC/Renewal of AMC

for the Warranty/AMC expired projects (Systems/Unit/PCB modules).

•Making service cost estimation for (System/Unit/PCB modules) the out of warranty services provided.

•Making AMC cost estimation for the Warranty/AMC expired projects(Systems/Unit/PCB modules).

•Sending of quotations for repair & AMC Tender quotations to customers for approval and continuous

follow up for the same till the receipt of PO.

•Collecting the defect details for the Systems/Unit/PCB Modules whatever received for service from the

customers or concern region field Customer Support Engineers.

•Organizing for FAB meeting ( Failure Analysis Board) with concern project personnel for the defective

items received from customer.

•Making of service report once the defect rectified.

•Collecting data & analyzing of all the customer complaints periodically and based on that, defects will be

minimized by conducting meeting with internal departments.

•Making of weekly/Monthly status for the customer complaints.

•Making of Customer Complaint Analysis once in six months in order to find out the root cause for the

delay occurs in sending the customer property after service in order to achieve best service/support to

customers.

•Update and maintaining the data base for the projects delivered to various customers.

Manufacturing of CMRI, SYNTIME

designed to provide cost benefit to the electric utilities and industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Servicing and testing of CMRI(Common meter reading instrument):

CMRI (Common Meter Reading Instrument): The CMRI is MS DOS compatible Common Meter Reading

instrument. This instrument support IEC, ANSI & PACT protocols and it can be tested with all type of

electronic meters like ABB, L&T, Duke Arnics, Secure meters. It is a rugged and effective tool in revenue

management is compatible with all electronic meters and protocols. It is available with the option of a

large graphical display which provides vector plots to detect writing errors.

Servicing and Testing of Syntime:

SYNTIME (Time Synchronizing Equipment): SYNTIME provides Global positioning System (GPS)

based on Universal Time Clock (UTC) for synchronization of disturbance recorders, Event loggers

substation / boundary meters, HT consumer meters etc. Powered by Micro controller 89c51 at a clock

rate of 18.432 MHz, the control unit provides a large seven segment display settable to IST /GMT or

any desired time zones. The unit provides synchronization pulses meeting IRIG X standards.

3)Neotech Company Pvt Ltd.

Neotech is basically a leading Marketing company in the field of inverter based welding equipments,

welding consumables and Air plasma cutting equipment which are all manufactured by Ms.Welding

Alloys, U.K, Kemppi OY, Finland and Hypertherm, USA.

Coordinating for receiving the defective unit from customer site.

Sending quotations for new supply, for repairs and servicing of Welding Machines.
