o Delivered an organization-wide Server Migration Project for the Finance department, in

three months. Successfully engaged, selected, and managed three different stakeholders:

technical server team, finance department, and operation team, through implementation.

o Led team of developers between Vietnam and the U.S. to deliver the award winning

C# .NET Systems in Healthcare Billing, within three months. Subsequently, created the

second and third release of the firm’s Mobile Apps in Healthcare claims and patients on

o Originated and led the Order Recovery team, a cross-functionality operation with 12
