PROFILE

In my entire 20+year professional career, 1993 - 2014, I have only been employed by

“1” company.

Throughout my tenure, the company was constantly evolving due to exponential growth which allowed

me to continuously grow personally and professionally. The name of the parent company is Serpro, Inc.

Today it is known as Serpro Logistics focusing on last mile distribution and white glove delivery.

Previously known as Adcom Express (an airfreight company) and Couriers Inc. which focused on small

package courier service.

Due to the fact that I’ve only had one professional career, it’s best to highlight the various responsibilities

and highlights of Management titles, sales accomplishments, accounting and the overall flexibility that I

can provide. My experience allows me to be very versatile throughout this search for any Executive

Management, Management or Sales needs not limited to the Logistics field.

EXPERIENCE:

V I C E P R E S I D E N T:

For roughly the final 10 years of my career, I had direct oversight of 9 different divisions in 5 different cities

reporting only to the President. I started my career working on the night shift of what was then a small Air

freight forwarding company. Shortly thereafter, I managed the Air freight division and that was only the

beginning. My titles continuously changed as the territory I managed and responsibilities grew.

Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager and General Manager were all logical mandatory

steps along the way prior to reaching the highest business pinnacle available to me as Vice President.

SALES:

My relationships were pivotal in Serpro Logistics’ growth with our two largest customers (G.E. in the

Appliance Division and Home Depot) both of which expanded from 1 major market to 4. But I consider

UPS & DHL my greatest Sales accomplishments. I was personally and solely responsible for securing

these contracts. This enabled us to add a multimillion dollar revenue stream to the “dedicated” networks

which we already had in place.

Also, throughout my career I have had numerous sales reps report to me. I’m confident and capable of

lucratively bidding, creative proposals and Managing any Sales team or handling it individually.

A C C O U N T I N G & P & L R E S P O N S I B I L I T Y:

If you were an employee, driver employee or Independent Contractor within one of my divisions, I had to

sign off on the time sheets, payroll and/or driver settlements for over 150 individuals before accounting

printed checks. I would then track the aforementioned to the monthly P&L.

Also responsible for preparing budgets and tracking that forecast to actual profit/loss statements.

F L E X I B I L I T Y:

As referenced above, 9 divisions in 5 cities. On a quarterly basis, I would visit all of them (St Louis/

Kansas City, MO, Memphis, TN, Harrisburg, PA and Pensacola, FL). Definitely available for travel. The

aforementioned qualifies myself as a viable candidate for a variety of positions within any organization.

Direct reports and various customers provided upon request. I still have a wonderful relationship with

employees and customers nationwide that held reputable positions empowered to make our business

relationships a success.
