COLE HAAN FOOTWEAR ( NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK ( 2010 - present
Cole Haan designs and sells upscale footwear and accessories and also sells
its shoes, belts, hosiery, handbags, small leather goods, fine outerwear,
and watches online and in stores run by other retailers. Total Revenue
ending May 2014 was $600 million.
Vice President of Finance and Sales Operations ( Wholesale Division
( Oversee the monthly close and financial statement preparation while
creating detailed Annual Budget.
( Presented CEO and CFO with detailed commentary on the business (from
Revenue, margin and expense performance analysis) and also provided areas
for opportunities using key metrics models that showed better bottom line
margins.
( Improved Sales headcount by plotting each person geographic location to
key account and maximizing revenue volume.

( Improved the P&L by tightening expenses and cutting close to $5 million
with various cost savings measures.
( Oversaw the monthly close and forecast process and presented Sr.mgt with
