lenses. Will be expediting the Maintenance Manual and writing manual for the new SGX-Pro lens cutting
machine.
Technical Writer (Contractor), Scientech LLC, Cromwell, CT – 9/14-10/14
Designed, wrote and edited 120-page radiation monitoring system user manual for Exelon’s Byron Nuclear
Generating Station in Illinois. Worked remotely with parent company (Curtiss-Wright) based in Idaho. Manual
was overdue and I was hired to expedite project as a quick turnaround. Worked one-on-one with Byron engineer
to learn about nuclear power generation and radiation detection technology.
Technical Writer (Contractor), Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, CT – 5/14-9/14
Expedited technical manual updates/corrections from the Oklahoma Maintenance Depot for the F135 Engine
Program. Researched complex data to ensure accuracy and consistency with Engineering Standard Work.
Rewrote maintenance tasks and created supporting graphics to illustrate the tasks based on P&W blue prints.
Worked closely with Subject Matter Experts and Level 3 Reviewers.

a secure facility and working with proprietary documents. Promoted to Technical Reviewer for all Boeing and RR
test reports.
