Good Afternoon,

My extensive experience well qualifies me to bring continued success to

your company, and I’d like to speak with you soon regarding a possible

position within your company.

With well over a decade and a half of industry experience and know-how, my

skills range from booking events for hundreds to suggesting a simple bottle

of wine to a table of two. Past work experience covers a gamut of

restaurant operations from waiting tables to bartending to kitchen

management to floor management. I have opened two restaurants with

different owners. I believe the key to excellent service in this industry

is having a personal connection to every guest. I am charismatic,

proactive, personable, as well as passionate about food, wine, and service.

I took "off" the last 3 yrs from managing to go back to school and give

myself a well needed vacation. Besides school I have been working in a very

well known bar in Gowanas as well as a bar/restaurant in Cobble Hill,

Brooklyn part time since November 2011.What I found was I very much missed

the hustle and flow of the food industry and all that goes along with it.

That being said I am eager to get back in.
