Professional Profile:

A seasoned international hospitality executive, specializing in

"Managing" a diverse portfolio of operations and administering the complex

technical process of concept development, brand development and the asset

Vice president/Senior Project Director/Hotel Operations

Phase One: Senior Hotel Consultant (Due Diligence): responsible for a seven

month due diligence analysis and audit to purchase three full service hotel

properties within Cable Beach, Nassau, Bahamas. ($200M Purchase Price).

Resort operations included Nassau Beach Hotel (400 Rooms), Wyndham Hotel &

Casino (866 Rooms, 50,000 Sq. Ft Casino Floor) and Radisson Hotel (700

Rooms) including all Front & Back of house facilities, casino, golf course,

beach/pool operations.

Phase Two: Senior Vice President Food, Beverage, Conference/Catering,

Purchasing, Recreation, Entertainment and Golf Operations: responsible for

the management, operations, planning, re-positioning, design, development

and execution of a new two-year master plan (Cap-Ex $135 Million) for all

operational departments identified above. Designed and developed seven new

restaurant and bar concepts, 3 new retail operations, a new entertainment

concept/night club, enhanced golf course operation, new beach/pool &

recreation program concept, introduced new master distribution supply chain

management system achieving an 8% savings in raw purchase costs pertaining

to a macro 45M spend ratio.

Phase Three: Senior Project Director/Hotel Operations: responsible for the

development of concepts (Hotel Operations), schematic designs, construction

design documents for a new $ 2.5 Billion mega resort. Mega resort included

W Hotel (300 Rooms), Westin Hotel (750 Rooms), Caesars (1050 Rooms) with

100,000 sq. ft. casino and 54 super suite/villas, St Regis Hotel (200

Rooms), 125,000 sq. ft. Retail Village, new 18 Hole Golf Course (Jack

Nicholas) and 65,000 sq. ft. Commercial Village. In addition was

responsible for the design/development of all peripheral resort operational

facilities including beach, pool, central warehouse (150,000 sq. ft.),

central laundry (88,000 sq. ft.) and adjoin MEP and

parking/security/intergraded technology operational infrastructures. During

this same period was also responsible for the design and execution of $90

Million renovation plan for the existing Radisson Hotel (700 Rooms)

including five new restaurant and bar concepts, new pool/beach experience

and completely revamped rooms, catering/conference services. Fitness and

parking garage, new City Hall & Emergency Disaster Center.

> New Theme Park Attraction, Dominican Republic, defined 'Master-Plan" &
