Present
Oversaw all operations of the company to include Finance, Contracts, Human Resources, IT, and Facilities management.
Joined Computech in early February after completing my 2 year agreement with prior company I sold in 2011. Once
onboard I created the overall strategy to take the company to market. In the first nine months increased revenues from
$33.0 million to $45.0 million. EBITDA during the same period increase from $6.0 million to $10.0 million. Worked
directly with Houlihan Lockey to develop go to market material and tell the story. Handled all due diligence, and led sale
of company to a strategic partner for 100% more than owner originally wanted for the company.
CyberCore Technologies – Elkridge, MD
President and Chief Financial Officer July 2007 – October 2013
Joined company in July 2007 after Roark Capital made an investment in the company to acquire 70% of the
privately held company. After a short period of time was promoted from CFO to President of the company.
Oversaw all aspects of the organization from very early on. In the first 3 years changed the model of the
company from a VAR to a mid-level Systems Integrator. This increased annual revenues from $50.0 million to
$200.0 million during the same period. EBITDA also increased from $3.5 million to $19.5 million respectively.
Directed sale of the company to a new PEG allowing selling PEG to realize a 5x return on MOIC in 4 years.
Increased cash flow by 4x from 2007-2013. Led numerous M&A efforts during my tenure at CyberCore
Technologies. One of the initiatives I spearheaded was making the company a CISCO certified Gold Partner.
Prior to my arrival this had been attempted several times with no success. Once I put the initiative in place we
completed the rigorous process and achieved the status in 9 months. This new business line resulted in an
incremental $20 million in revenue, and $2.0 million in Gross Profit in the first year. Also implemented a Just

in Time (JIT) strategy which increased efficiency and level of support to our largest customer. Worked very
closely with banking institutions to manage lines of credit, debt facilities up to $150.0 million. Managed and
led an executive team of Sr. Vice Presidents, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and
administrative staff. During my 6 year tenure grew the company from 130 employees to 227 employees.
NeoSystems Corporation – Vienna, VA 2006 - 2007

Provided financial planning & analysis, budget and strategic support directly to the CFO of L-3 Corporation.
Prepared the 2006 tax package for 10K reporting and the 2006 Incurred Cost Submission for L-3 Corporation.
Worked closely with the FP&A staff to ensure Hyperion reports were submitted accurately and timely to
corporate headquarters. Managed accounting staff to make sure all deliverables were met. Provided CFO level
support to multiple government contractors while I was with the company.
Diverse Technologies Corporation – Upper Marlboro, MD 1999 – 2006
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer for a 100 person IT government contractor that supported the DoD, DHS, State & Local
governments, and commercial customers. Instrumental in developing the STARS payment system for the Department of
Defense. Expertise in dealing with private equity and investment banks. Negotiated lines of credit, covenants, and new
banking facilities which secured better financing for the company. Designed and implemented payment process for
government contractors which reduced DSO’s from 60 to 34.2 days. Spearheaded a cost cutting strategy that in one year
reduced costs by $1.0 million. Generated and managed a $15.0 million dollar budget. Expert with all forms of contract
types to include T&M, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and IDIQ.
