from March 2012 till January of 2014. Was responsible for establishing all policies,
hiring staff, training, marketing, budgeting while leading all customer service

Was responsible to oversee all installations of equipment and provide the needed
hands on training required by the customer up until satisfaction. Was also required
to perform on and offline application training of specialized cnc controls used by
our manufactures in order to support the customers on a 24/7 basis.

Tasked in January of 2014 to begin training my successor so I could take on a full
time outside sales role in our vacated South Carolina territory. Upon Completion of
4 outstanding installations and training my replacement I was able to grab control
of the sales territory fully in August of 2014
Have successfully reestablished contact with over 100 fabrication facilities in South
Carolina and have begun the process of introducing our company and its offerings
that have been absent for over 8 years. I have taken 10 projects to term resulting in
excess of $200,000.00 in profit.

Inherited division in late 2005 that posted $690,000.00 in gross sales and increased
yearly starting in 2006 with over 1 million in annual sales culminating in increased
revenue and profits. Current projections continue to indicate annual increase of 15%.

put of all components in fabrication utilizing lean manufacturing techniques.
Recommended, purchased, planned and implemented all capitol asset projects for the
department. Was responsible for proper tracking of ROI for each asset purchased and
produced in excess of $800,000.00 in yearly savings from those purchases.
Daily duties included MRP planning, quality process and control, scheduling of
department and machines, training and support for reports in the fabricating and

cutting initiatives throughout the company and establishing base line standards and
procedures in production.
