Seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant position where my skills and

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

. Prepare affidavits or other documents, such as legal correspondence,

and organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing

system.

. Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills,

contracts, and real estate closing statements.

. Direct and coordinate law office activity, including delivery of

subpoenas.

. Manage accounts and records of clients with the highest level of

confidentiality.

. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or

transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording

information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as

attendance records, correspondence, or other material.

. Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or

supervisors.
