Job Description:
1. Recruitment
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department, drafting a job description and getting it
approved from the concerned person.
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.
Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant
positions throughout organization.
2. Induction, On-boarding and Review
Drafting offer letters, appointment letters and preparing the new joiner's starter kit.
