WORK EXPERIENCE
May 2012 - January 2014: FINANCE LANGUAGE SPECIALIST-SC Johnson and Son -
Shared Service Center - Manila
- Handling ASEAN cluster in regard to account payable, vendor inquiry
including Vietnam, Philippine and Singapore markets.
- Supporting for Account Payable on vendor inquiry, vendor master data,
invoice posting and translation.
- Preparing weekly IE report on invoice exception.
- Translating various documents including contracts, bank statements,
customer claims, etc.
- Communicating with suppliers on invoice and payment issues as per
Accounts Payable Analysts' instructions.
- Developing customer relationship with internal and external customers.
June 2014 to present: ASSISTANT PROJECT DEVELOPER - University of Social
Sciences and Humanities (USSH) - Ho Chi Minh City.
- Managing executive's calendar; plan meetings; prepare reports.
- Being trained about case management services.
- Monitoring low vision and blind students in regard to their eye
problems, learning needs.
- Attending Orientation and Mobility training, IT training for low vision
and blind students.
- Attending Service Learning conference held by International office at
USSH.
- Translating documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa such
as medical reports, articles related to low-vision and blind students,
etc.
- Writing newsletter about the project to donors.
- Interpreting during meetings.
- Writing the Minutes of meeting after meetings.
- Volunteer work at Faculty of Social Work - University of Social Sciences
and Humanities; Sao Mai Vocational & Assistive Technology Center for the
Blind and Nhat Hong Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
