Recruited by the COO of Omega Morgan to help implement structure in central
operations and project management. The organization's strategic objective
was to grow the company over 4 years from $50M to $150M. The structure
changes were developed and partially implemented, but due to some
unpredicted financial setbacks that the company was not able to overcome.
The company was forced to reduce overhead.

Senior Project Manager
Managed the project's technical development which included creating and
executing project work plans, direct collaboration with the President of
PAS as well as the CEO and CFO of California Natural Products. The project
cost was $6 million dollars. At completion, the project reduced resource
and equipment costs, increased production floor space by 50% and enabled
increased revenue of $1 million in 2014.

viewer markets. While acting as the COO, I directed the development and
implementation of a new operating model, including full documentation of
process and procedures that drove the company forward in a positive and
profitable direction.

service, refurbishment and resale markets of 200mm AMHS equipment. My

restructuring, development and implementation of manufacturing processes,
full P&L responsibility, human resources, environmental compliance, and
safety. Customers included Intel, Freescale, Global Foundries, IBM and
other global semiconductor manufacturers.

I was recruited by Daifuku America as a Sr. Project Manager for the
Chandler F12 conversion from 200mm to 300mm production. I was responsible
for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control
and completion of two conversion projects ensuring consistency with company
strategy, customer commitments and goals.
Activities & Accomplishments:
Successfully managed project budgets in Fab 11X and F12 conversions
totaling $15+ million dollars in increased revenue over a 2 year period.
Developed on-site fabrication shops for parts manufacturing and field
alterations resulting in a savings of 20% on shipping and machining
costs.

the install of the systems into imaging centers and hospitals.

I worked as a Field Project Manager for PRI for a little over five years.
I traveled globally, leading installations of equipment in semiconductor
production factories such as Intel, TSMC, Motorola, TI, Chartered
Semiconductor and others. After 5 years of travel, I accepted the position
of senior customer service engineer (SRCSE) for the sustaining group at
Intel in Chandler, AZ. I was the senior technical advisor for the
sustaining group for the next two years and also worked as a shift lead for
the final year. I resigned my position after Brooks Automation acquired PRI
to pursue a career in medical device OEM market.
