Environmental Prevention Manager, 2013-Present

As Environmental Prevention Manager I manage program development for

corporate policies and procedures regarding environmental compliance. In

this role, I audit and evaluate all current and incoming Fuel Underground

Storage Tanks (UST) Compliance data. I lead the development and adoption of

tools to advance the analysis and utilization of regulatory compliance

data; I manage compliance data integrity and consistency across 13

operating States for various service levels. I consistently build and

redefine the Standard Operating Procedures for our Release Prevention

Analyst to utilize and ensure we are building towards long and short term

corporate goals. I work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure the

company's expectations are meet and revise, renew and develop new service

contracts as needed. I work cross-functionally with construction,

maintenance, supply, pricing, financial and risk groups to ensure zero

compliance breaches. I ensure data is accurately collected and outline the

expected data return for all compliance services. I act as the subject

matter expert and technical lean for our component data information system

Release Prevention Analyst, 2011-2012

As Release Prevention Analyst I coordinate the processing of corporate

environmental compliance and release prevention data from internal and

external sources for over 410 locations. I ensure Class A/B and C operator

requirements are met per the Energy Act of 2005. I manage release detection

requirements, testing, permitting, ATG connectivity, Government reporting

requirements for over 1200 Underground Storage Tank Systems (UST). I

conduct new UST installations and upgrades that are in compliance with

USEPA and state regulatory requirements. I develop trend/ risk analysis

reports to determine areas of opportunity for company management to lower

exposure by proactively addressing potential environmental risk. I analyze

the overall process and work to minimize operating budgets while

maintaining full compliance at each UST facility. Additionally, I maintain

party contractors both through Maintenance and Construction divisions. I

Management Program applicable to EHS, Hazardous Waste, Regulated Medical

Hazardous Non-Regulated Waste at a customer's location. Additional task

associated within the program include developing, and writing Standard

Operation Procedures for safely handling all waste streams. Insuring that

all waste is properly packaged, profiled and labeled prior to shipment,

conducting site specific compliance inspections, audits and all record

keeping. In addition, I am responsible for all emergency response

activities dealing with chemical spills, scheduling of onsite personal and
