BNSF Railway April 2013 -

Present

Architect - member of the enterprise architecture-working group to

establish enterprise architecture office for BNSF by adopting TOGAF as

framework. Lead data architecture working group to define data

architecture management capabilities for the enterprise by adopting

DAMA-BOK framework, and defining enterprise information management

strategy. As an architect also to provide expert knowledge for multiple

projects to multiple organizations within the modernization program.

TIBCO 2012 -

2013

Architect in PSG group to provide expert knowledge on data management and

architecture. Tasks included installation, and configuration of Tibco CIM,

Tibco EMS.

Accenture LLC. 2011 -

2012

Manager in Process & Information Management group to provide expert

Cognizant Technology Solutions 2009 - 2011

Principal Architect-Technology

Senior Data Architect on multiple Wal-Mart project such as Yard

Lead Solution Architect on the United Concordia Dental e-Business

Strategy project to define the key web technology capabilities and

systems to support the future state portal.

Defined high-level plan for designing and developing new enhanced

enabling systems that results in reducing system maintenance cost.

Architect Chicago, IL, 2008

Part of Solution Architect team for CCSP (claims customer service

process) to implement Service Oriented Architecture for Blue Cross Blue

Shield of Illinois to process adjudication, coordination of benefits

(COB), at the member level rather than subscriber level (provided MDM

solution). Participant in joint session to gather customer requirements.

Analyzed the current system capabilities, which led to providing detail

system gap analysis, system impact analysis, high-level requirements, and

The effort led client to consider agile methodology instead of waterfall

and also based on the data analysis performed, client realized the need

Led the effort to set standard, guidelines, and best practices on Master

Data Management (MDM) and Meta Data Management. Performed research in the

industry's best practices and compiled knowledge on the subject and

presented it as white paper to company's Fellow. Recommended best

architectural solutions by evaluating software and other components such

as KALIDO, i2, Oracle and Data Mirror. Provided guidance to other team

members via writing white papers, preparing demo, that is, built

Led effort to set XML Schema Standard for CIO group. Performed research
