Was given the title of ordering clerk. Ordered shipments of supplies for the office.

and pick up for armored trucks that came to branch. Returned payments to customers when
there were discrepancies in their payments. Updated customers information on their accounts
when changes were made. Made outbound calls to potential customers to get them to sign up
for our services. Made sure facility was locked down once staff left for the evening. Set up
tables and chairs for events being held at facility. Hosted events for facility sometimes. Set up
sound equipment, projector, projector screen, tables, chairs and coffee for Sunday service.
Made sure no one was loitering around the premises. If so i would ask them to leave and if
they refused then i would summon the officers to handle the situation
