plans, i.e. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans and Pension Plans.
• Prepare annual Financial Statements, Participant Statements, and other reports
provided to clients and participants for their 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans and Pension
Plans.
• Draft annual 5500’s as required for government reporting from information compiled
on client’s retirement plans.
• Set-up new retirement plans for clients and prepare required documentation to receive
favorable determination from the Internal Revenue Service for plan qualification.
• Keep up on required changes to the retirement plans and draft plan amendments as
necessary for the retirement plans to stay in compliance with changing laws.

regulations and complete the annual discrimination testing for all retirement plans.
