whereas they were experiencing 2-3 complaints a month.

tracking and trending key components of facility operations. Nursing: weight loss/

gains, skin integrity maintenance, infection control, incidents and accidents, behavior

management. Dietary: Ensuring quality meals while meeting dietary requirements.
