Project Description:
Barclays Bank needs to implement the Service Management, Sales Management
and Marketing Automation. This Project is divided into two phases.
Phase I comprises of implementation of Service Management Module for their
Call Centre, Back end units and at the management level. It also
compromises of linking their core business systems for retail banking and
credit cards with Microsoft CRM. This was done by writing custom
applications in .NET technology to import data from the core business
systems via text files.
Phase II would comprise of implementation of Sales Management and Marketing
Automation.

. SMART CARD: This application basically made for the Aamby Valley Guest
for there billing and accountability purpose was integrated with the IDS
Software.(Integration with IDS is in Process)
. SIEMAN'S TIME ATTENDANCE: Time attendance Software (IP Based) basically
deals with Employee Attendance i.e. daily swapping, record maintaining
and generating MIS report to individuals.
. CRM: CRM (Customers Relationship Management) is our in-house developed
software for integrating CRM with IDS System.
. Quick School: it is ERP software basically used for Schools to maintain
there libraries, accommodation, admission, salary etc.
