staff. Coordinating with the GM and department heads on new SOP and room

Receive, review and submit reports to corporate. Assist GM with front of house

operations. i.e. running the desk, handling customer complaints, dealing with

contractors, Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical problems. Fixed doors

and frames. Re attached counters and

mounted tables. Hung and installed flat screen TV's on locking brackets .Painted

rooms and corridors.

Maintained a neat appearance of the parking lot and causeways. Diagnosed and

applied fixes to wireless

internet and cable TV issues. Diagnosed and repaired telephone lines and

telephones. Diagnosed and repaired or replaced HVAC units. Maintained a salt

water pool and equipment.

Accomplishments

Brought cost of back of house operations down 16% by implementing new

counter measures to room damage, and product control.
