manager. Grew territory and reduced employee turnover in the 2 years as Manager.

holding them accountable for results, and creating a sense of urgency in the market. Reduced turnover from
greater than 25 % to less than 3% in 15 months. Developed a team environment where we were

In Columbus, Oh. Took over a region at 86% of goal in February of 1999. Within 11 months, grew to 96% of
goal while turning over and replacing 20 Sales people.
