departmental users with instructions and procedures for using software
applications. Troubleshoot/diagnose connectivity issues over the Fulton
County Network. Provide remote support at all locations throughout Fulton
County. Special projects included hardware/software upgrades for the Sate
/Superior Court and Fulton County Regional Library System. I participated

Provided desktop support via telephone and in person. Administer user
access to network resources and configure user's computers for network
connectivity. Implement, manage and support LAN services involving the

applications. These duties were performed at all Sprint-Nextel office

Provided installation and support while traveling for a national
implementation of Siebel, duties included setup of staging area and
installation room, performing quality assurance testing and resolving
technical issues as well as the actual installation of the application
itself. Managed a team of 5 people while traveling to 8 cities. Assisted
the project manager with administrative functions when needed. Worked at
headquarters with the system administrator to facilitate setting up user
accounts and other technical issues.

Network Engineer
Managed an NT desktop deployment project of approximately 2500 users in two
geographical locations. Insured user connectivity and functionality of all
applications and specified services on the NT desktop. Install/configure
specialized applications. Troubleshoot/diagnose any problems related to the
new or existing installation, administered the installation server, build
and distribute images with applications for the desktops. Traveled
extensively on a national NT deployment which Comark was contracted to
perform. Duties included administering installation servers and user
accounts, coordinate/manage local contract installers, managed inventory
and the necessary personnel. Conduct weekly meetings with clients and
