IN-PLANT TRAINING EXPERIENCES
Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), Mathura Refinery. Analysis of various Process involved in the
refining of Diesel, Petrol and Kerosene Oil from Crude Oil. During the course of this in-plant training
apart from fire and safety lessons I prepared a power-point presentation on overview of Once Through
Hydro Cracking Unit(OHCU) that could be used as training module for trainees.

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
Design Project (@JUET) - Study of a manufacturing process of Single Super Phosphate Fertilizer (SSP):
Description: Studied the manufacturing process of the SSP, production and consumption status in Indian as well
as global Industries, economic analysis, and describing how the selection of a particular type of production
method will affect the process efficiency and energy consumption followed by mass and energy balance as well
as detailed equipment design for the selected process.

Minor Project (@JUET)
Fluid Solid Reaction : Worked on residence time distribution in various reactors, performed experiments for
the same and also generated a Mat lab program for plotting RTD graphs. To study the decomposition of
Calcium Carbonate particles in a muffle furnace. Analysis on the suitable reaction model by the
interpretation of Decomposition Vs. Time Data.
